Reached Harbourfront at about 8 plus and the queue at Batam Fast counter was atrocious! Think we queued for about 20mins? Then had to pay the seaport tax which was about SGD 20 per person. Then we found out that our initial ferry at 9.20am has been pushed back an hour till 10.20am. Hence we proceeded to Mac to have our breakfast. After eating, we went back up to queue. Oh boy, long queue sia.. And Singapore Customs at Harbourfront has a new (not very very new I think) scanning system, which means we just need to scan the passport, then scan our thumbprint and we're through. DFS below and there was the Rock Edition Vodka! Hiya! I wanna buy, but gotto leave Singapore for at least 48 hours, sob sob. Anyways! Off to the ferry and off to our holiday!
Journey on the ferry took about an hour? I think so, didn't take note cos both of us slept. Once we reached, there was a usher dressed in a clown outfit and he directed us to the Harris counter. Kinda funny huh. Cos usually when we arrive at a place, everyone will just join 1 queue to chop our passport and once we're out, then we'll look for our respective hotel's representative. But this one is different. The hotel representative is actually inside the immigration and we have to handover our passport to them for safekeeping and booking of return ferry. Felt kinda unsafe, but oh well.
Harris Resort is only a 5 min drive away from the terminal and upon reaching, we were welcomed warmly with a drink and cold towel. Even though our voucher stated that check-in was at 2pm, but the staffs were very nice to have all of us checking in upon reaching. Off to the room to put down our stuffs.
Wow. Room is spacious! Very very big. Bed very very big. Everything looks so nice! Oh man. Pure bliss. Love it love it love it. After putting down out things, we went off to explore and book our spa. We booked the spa sensation package which means we're entitled to a 3 hour spa session. The tour agency had actually booked the 11am spa for us, but we forgot and thought we had to book the timing ourself. We reached there at 11.30am then discovered about our booking. Then the reception wanted to make us angry cos she kept saying we were late for our appointment and instead of 3 hours, we can only enjoy 2.5 hours of spa. Of course being Singaporeans, we were not going to accept that and said the ferry was late and by the time we reached, it was already 11am. And moreoever the booking was made by the agency and not us. In the end, she had no choice but to give in and let us do our 3 hour spa immediately. The individual room looked really good. It was surround by other huts, but there was still a sense of privacy cos of the sheer curtains. Inside the huts there was also a jacuzzi and shower. We started with a body scrub and by the end of that, I felt as if my skin really kena scrub until damn clean lor. Then they left us to have our shower for 10 mins. The water is freaking cold can! Haha.. then the masseurs came again and did the oil massage. This is good! Oooooo.. The 力道 was ... power! I almost fell asleep sia. After this was done, we proceeded to soak in the jacuzzi pool before taking a shower again. Great spa. Will definitely come back again to try the other spas. They have a spa which they actually steam the vagina sia! Like to purify it.. kekekekek .. shall try that the next time ..
After the rejuvinating spa, we headed to Nagoya Hill for shopping. Actually the hotel provides free shuttle service, but only 2 timings. 1000 and 1400. And come back is 1430 and 1730. But since we missed the timing, we had to take the hotel taxi there and 1 way is SGD15. Not cheap, but the place is rather far away, maybe about 20-30 mins drive. Hmmm.. but there's nothing much to shop at Nagoya. Only got A&W, KFC and Best Fried Chicken. Of course we attacked A&W first and my goodness. I didn't know that my 100,000 rupiah actually is expired note! WTF! Cannot use lor! Had to pay with SGD. KNN .. so stupid de lor .. then what I do with my 100,000 expired rupiah leh? But I saw this pink Nexian phone which resembled Nokia and was so tempted to buy .. but convert back is about SGD 176 .. didn't know worth or not. We only spent our money at supermarket buying loads of tidbits, pantyliners, mandi lulur and some other nonsense. Haha .. and you know what? We didn't see any condoms being sold in the supermarket. Cannot sell is it?
After going back to the hotel, Smelly actually gave me a very pleasant surprise. Complete with romantic candles and present. I love it .. it was really sweet and I really appreciate the effort baby .. love love.. love the night.. love sleeping with you.. love being with you
Wanted to wake up early for a swim in the gigantic pool, but got lazy and after breakfast, went back to nua before checking out at 12. Then we went to Harris cafe to claim our free Pizza. Hmmm .. waited for nearly 50mins and finished in 5 mins. Wahaha.. then it's back home le.
