Pat myself on the back for being strong while talking to the counsellor today. Quite a lot of information was passed on. Think it would have really helped alot if he had appeared sooner. Will update my brothers about this.

Went out with my mom and godma today. Felt so loved. Haven't seen godma for so long. Just spent my time sitting there listening to them talk also happy.
